Let’s go on a journey together! Let’s talk about time! Are you grateful for the time you have here on earth? How do you spend your time? If you were to add up all your down time, how long would that be? How do you stop and take a moment to rest and just be? How do we create balance?

There are many different ways to look at the time in between. It can mean looking at the time in between your daily activities, the time you have here on earth in general until you transition. It can mean balancing, prioritizing, being in the present, and many other things.

Take some time to think about time and what it means to you at this point. (Write it down in a journal) What does each minute look like to you? Does it matter? Is it necessary or important? Are you aware of it? Why is it even here?

Time moves quickly, so don’t let it pass you by. I’m going to end with a quote and some questions to ponder.

“Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow is the future, but today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.” -Bill Keane

Question: What does it mean to connect?

Do you connect with present moments? What does connection feel like to you? What can take you away from this connection while you are in it? What are some things you do to connect more easily? What are some things that get in the way of you connecting at all?
